To subscribe, use the form on any IST World page. To unsubscribe, click the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. To change your email address, click 'Manage subscription' in any newsletter.
Memberships
Members can manage their subscription, update payment methods, and download receipts from the account settings page. Membership cancellation stops future renewals; refund policy is on our Refund page.
Site issues
Layout or loading problems can often be fixed by a hard refresh or clearing site data. If a problem persists, email editorial@ist-world.com with your browser and operating system.
Accessibility support
Accessibility issues receive priority. Email editorial@ist-world.com with the URL and issue description; we aim to respond within 10 business days.
