What we sell
The only paid offerings from IST World are optional supporter memberships, occasional digital downloads (such as printable checklists), and occasional printed publications sold through our online store. We never sell travel bookings, tours, insurance, or third-party services.
Supporter memberships
Memberships are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by default, refund the current period. Annual memberships are refundable in full within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not made significant use of members-only content.
Statutory withdrawal (EU and UK)
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for most digital services. Where you access members-only content before the 14 days are up, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal for the accessed content. Requests can be sent to support@ist-world.com.
Printed publications
Physical print orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped. After shipping, unopened items may be returned within 30 days at the buyer's expense for a refund of the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Return address is provided by email.
Damaged or defective items
If a printed item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund including return shipping. Photographs of the damage help us process the claim quickly.
Digital downloads
Digital-only purchases (PDF guides, printable checklists) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where a statutory right applies or the file is defective.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout based on your billing address. Refunds include any tax originally charged.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first: most issues are resolved within one business day. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in loss of access to paid services while the dispute is investigated.
How to request a refund
Email support@ist-world.com with your order number, purchase date, and the reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Bank posting times may add a few days.
