We are not a travel emergency service. We do not book flights, cancel reservations, or intervene with third-party providers.
In a real emergency
Contact your country's local embassy or consulate. Consular officers assist citizens abroad 24 hours a day. Country-specific numbers are listed in each destination guide.
Reader support hours
Our support team is available Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 US Central Time. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day. Urgent editorial corrections are handled as they arrive.
